Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Full refund will be provided if cancellation is received prior to 30 days before the event start date 
  • 50% refund will be provided for cancellations less than 30 days prior to the event start date


Refunds will be applied only to your credit card or original method of payment, alternative accounts will not be accepted for refund amounts. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of written request.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet first:

  • check your bank account again.
  • contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
